Points to Remember :
  • You can use your own phrases along with all the Phrases/Outlines given in question(Make sure you insert all the words into the body of your mail).
  • Write the starting and end salutations properly.
  • Don’t skip any of the given words/phrases.
  • Addressing and signing should be as information given in question.Sign the name with the name provided in the question, avoid using your own name.
