You are a part of corporate communication team in your company. The working time period is revised as 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Using the following phrases, write an email with a minimum of 70 words and a maximum of 100 words to the employees in your company informing the same.

Outline:

by 30 minutes to avoid traffic - effect from next week - lunch duration - revised working time - reduced by 10 minutes - free breakfast - office will start earlier - till the end of rainy season - will be in effect

Points to Remember :
  • You can use your own phrases along with all the Phrases/Outlines given in question(Make sure you insert all the words into the body of your mail).
  • Write the starting and end salutations properly.
  • Don’t skip any of the given words/phrases.
  • Addressing and signing should be as information given in question.Sign the name with the name provided in the question, avoid using your own name. In case it is not mentioned then only use your own name with proper designation. Always write “Regards”, “Thanks”, “Warm Regards” before signing it.   
  • It is advisable to write in normal English with good grammar and spelling and punctuation in TCS email Topics.
  • Time limit for Mock Test will be 10 minutes (Same as TCS Email Writing Test), However Practice Set don't have time limit.
  • Common grammatical rules, punctuation should be according to standard English.
  • Use simple sentences rather than compound and complex sentences.
  • Proper word order is very important to convey the intended meaning.
