Working on computers has been taught to us since childhood and still we have to use computers for many purposes. We have the use of computers in elementary schools, in colleges and in office as well. We can now buy any items such as clothes, grocery items etc just by one click without going to malls or the shops. Even, we can pay electricity bills, taxes, send money without waling outside of our house. There are many advantages of computers and it is making our life much easier, but, is it right that we are depending too much on computers? The answer is absolutely NO. Depending on computers has overtaken many important parts of our social lives. Now, it seems very easier and interesting to communicate with a friend who is sitting miles away while ignoring a person who is sitting right next to you. We have become so addicted in making and chatting to new friends on social sites that we have forgotten our own family members. There is no doubt, that computers have created a global village, but, at the same time the actual and real world is becoming stranger to us.
Also, over-depending on computers are increasing health risks in human beings. Computers and other electronic gadgets release harmful electromagnetic radiations which directly affect our eyesight when we use computers for very long time continuously. Children prefer to play online games rather than playing outdoor games. This leads to lack of creativity and mental growth of children and also leads to obesity. Students are getting used to e-books and they do not like to read printed books. These affect their eye-sight and other health problems.
Thus, on a whole, we can say that there is no doubt that everything we use for our day-to-day life has both positive and negative effects. We, the humans try to figure out best out of everything, so we rely on computers for accuracy in every work, which undoubtedly has made our life much easier. But, it is said that, excess of everything is bad, hence, if we depend too much on computers, then it will have negative impacts on our life. Thus, we much use technology wisely as these are made for betterment of people and the society.

Most of the times when people get stress or depressed at that time people decides to do exercise or when people see themselves becoming fat then they prefers to do exercise. So it will be difficult for the people to start exercise suddenly. So in order to avoid this parents

Instead of these we also should have spend some time atleast15 min is not a big deal .I feel about this topic.The age between 18-23 years is important time to every person as if they do make them fit in that time then they won't get any kind of diseases. Indian education system should make exercise compulsory in their curriculum. As it will become habit of the students from an early Age. Schools must have separate period for it. Where students feel free to do various exercises. Also they spread awareness about which type of exercise is good for what. When student's were taught from an early age they will be fit & healthy, Also their mind will work sharply. As per today's world people risk their health in order to make money. If exercise is incorporated from an early age people will make it a Part of their life just like they are eating.
