I send this email because i want to get a professional guide , i just bought a new refrigerator from the samgung store , since two days ago i was facing problems with this new item and i was wondering with who i need to talk to get a better recomendation or guide of what to do with the defective piece on this new item, the problem could be the deep freezer i think is not working correctly , for this reason im sending this email seeing if i can get the defective piece replaced or repaired, or on this particular case i can make use of the warranty to get a new one, im a little disappointed because i was waiting 2 years for this brand new product and when i finally receive the product this one come with a defective piece, i hope i have expressed myself clearly

My name is Kuldeep Singh. I recently bought a new refrigerator from Samsung store from Karol Bagh location. Upon receiving and installation of the refrigerator we have discovered that the deep freezer has a glitche and it's not working. The refrigerator has fluctuating temperature and the compressor also needs to be replaced.
I wanted to inform i am greatly disappointed in receiving a damaged product
Kindly take necessary steps in replacing this refrigerator as this is under warranty.
