I have received information regarding the problem related with the purchase of your Tiss watch.The best possible solution is to approach the company's service center in Banglore. The address is attached at the end of the e-mail.Explain to them about the situation and make sure that you claim international warranty.

One moth before i purchased a Watch from your showroom worth of rupees 40000/- .Suddenly i got a problem to restart it.

When I was come to london, I bought watch from your company. Watch was work perfectly and after some days I came back to india. Now a days I am in Bangalore city and my watch is not work perfectly. So please suggest the customer what to do in this type of issue because I do not know where is the service center of your company is available so please send me the address of service center so I can easily go there.
