" in my opinion brain drain is not good for any country's growth and development as if your asset runs away to another country for their development then it decreases your country's economic value.and people who does it considered to be traitor for their country. if anyone can't support their country then he/she should not migrate to other country.instead of these people who migrate those people are better who don't migrate even without participate in country's development. " Brain drain is a very major issue in India now-a-days. But there is many reasons behind it. The first one is there is a very huge competition in today's era and the number of good institutions are very less. Just for an example- There are very less jobs in comparison to the b-tech qualified students. The second major issue is of Reservation in India. Due to this, many meritorious students do not get a chance to study in IIT's and other good colleges. In my opinion, brain drain should not be stopped. The skilled students get a good platform to enhance their potential. And after higher studies, they should come back to India and work and represent their country. "
