" Sometimes it's true because any court takes lots of time to solve any case and people have to suffer more and if result doesn't come in favour of innocent people then they breakdown and some people especially some girls commit suicide due to humiliation ,But I think out of court settlement is wrong because victime should be punished and due to settlement victim is not punished . "
