In many cases we can say that villages are strength of our country. India is a land of villages. Out of the overall population of India, villages comprises of 70% of the population. Villages provide us crops, milk, rice etc which helps in maintaining our livelihood. Moreover, this also plays a very important role in enhancing the Indian economy. The people living in villages give us the example of unity is strength. They live together and work together, unlike the city people who prefer to have nuclear families. The environment of village is neat and clean. There are many trees which provides fresh air and thus the chance of disease is very less in villagers. These all shows that Indian villages are our strength.
Coming to the weakness is that most of the people are unemployed. They are not aware of the new and modern technologies that can be used in enhancing the agricultural. Government has given many facilities to the villagers, such as hospitals, electricity, modern tools, education facilities for children, but due to lack of awareness, they are not able to utilise these resources.
