There are 338 cows and goats on a farm. 2/3 of the cows are equal to 1/5 of the goats in the farm. How many cows are there in the farm?

Let the number of cows be x then no. of goats be 338-x
Then 2/3rd of x= 1/5th of (338-x)
Solving for x=78
Then no of cows will be=78
