Working women are better because they are independent, confident and determined and they teach their children the same thing. Moreover, both husband and wife go hand in hand so they understand each other and respect each others work and also they together easily do the upbringing of their children. But, yes it should be that the mother should work only when their children grow a little older. The mother of babies should not work and pay a little more attention towards their children. And also along with the work, a woman should spend the time with her family and children and be friendly with their children. "
