This above picture shows that the growth of an individual lies in his own hands. The way we reap our efforts decides the fruits of our success. Our growth lies in our hard work and sincerity towards the task given. This may not seem insignificant at times but the secret of being extraordinary lies in performing bit extra. One more factor which contributes to our success is self belief. If you have trust in yourself you can move mountains. Rigorous efforts in the right direction helps you in reaching your destination. Sometimes, the road of success is not smooth you might witness a large number of roadblocks which can make you stumble but you should never get bothered with those. People are right in saying that without perspiration there is no perfection. We all have read the story of King Bruce and the mighty spider where after multiple efforts the spider finally succeed in reaching the web. Your destiny lies in your own hands. There is no pint blaming others if you are not ready to work for own good. Here in this picture the man is trying to show that how he started with the grass-root or the basic level. After continuing his efforts for some time how he reached an average level and finally after his consistent efforts he reached success. Our graph of growth is also like that. It initially starts with zero but our efforts gets added up everyday and eventually contribute in making us successful. It is not magic but it is making every day count. Slowly and steadily even a tortoise can win a race against the swift hare. These examples prove that day in and day out efforts not only prepares for the daily fight or challenges but also transforms us by adding value in lives whether it is personal or professional front.
