Point to Remember:
- Time Duration for this round is 15 minutes.
- Write a story that you percept from the picture given, In not more than 200 words(1,200 characters max including spaces).
- Interpret the given image in such a way that you can come up with a short story based on it.
- Use simple words, avoid grammatical mistakes and portray your thoughts clearly.
- Don't repeat your views just so as to fill up the word limit.
- Put your thought within the word limit, else this will show a lack of management.
- Don't keep the story short as this portrays a lack of creativity to the recruiter.
- The best part is there's no cut-off in this round, so making the story meaningful is important.
- In this round candidate's literary skill are tested.
- In TechM, Picture will remain on the screen only for around 10 to 15 seconds.

A family has large fields and a barn as, agriculture serves as their main source of income. The family has mother, mother and a daughter. Agriculture requires manpower, patience and hard work. A single person can sow the entire field, but it would take an amount of time that isn't feasible So, more number of hands, easier the work gets done. But this family understands the importance of education and instead of involving their daughter in the field work, she goes to college and after coming back if she has time left helps in the field too. The daughter wants to study and she has never been stopped by her parents. With her subjects in environmental studies and about pesticides, fertilizers in chemistry, she actually has been able to improve the field production keeping the cost same as before and ,lowering it too in some cases like irrigation techniques. She has a lot to learn and lot to give to the fields of her father and the society too. This is how her family's life has been affected for good with education.

there is a small family in a village, mainly husband wife and a daughter name as Juli .Their only source of income is farming . Their daughter has bid dream she wants to take education from famous school and she wants to help her family,But her family is not affording this her father wants to educate her but due to financial problem he could not do so, he sold his horse .one day juli tops in her class she wins so many prices & scholarship for a reputed college now she has to leave her parents who is sacrifice for her.After many years Juli is now known as agriculture minister of that country and gifted their family horse.This is thrilling moment for her family.Now she helps many people whose education is dream.
Education is only key to success if you born poor its not your mistake but if you die poor then No body can help you.

A girl named shakthi lived in a agricultural family. Her father was a farmer and mother was an house wife. There were no facilities in her village and her father had to work hard from morning till evening for their daily bread. By seeing all these difficulties shakthi decided to study more on agricultural and wanted to help her father in his works. She opted agricultural science which she really wanted to work in and got more knowledge on the same thing. She made research and invented a machine that helped not only her father but also the other village farmers around. So, where there is a will there is a way.

When her father passed away she is 18 year old and tries to handle her family in better way.
