    Tech Mahindra is a provider of Information Technology(IT), BPO and networking technology solution to the telecommunication industry. The multinational company is headquartered at Pune, India. Anand Mahindra is the chairman of the company.

    It's a $4.4 billion dollar company across 90 countries with over 100,00+ employees. Mahindra & Mahindra started a joint venture with British Telecom in 1986 as a technology outsourcing firm. British Telecom initially had around 30 percent stake in the Tech Mahindra company. In December 2010, British Telecom sold 5.5 per cent of its stake in Tech Mahindra to Mahindra & Mahindra for Rs 451 crore. In August 2012, British Telecom sold 14.1 per cent of its stake to institutional investors for about Rs 1,395 crore. In December 2012, British Telecom sold its remaining 9.1 per cent (11.6 million shares) shareholding to institutional investors for a total gross cash proceeds of Rs 1,011.4 crore. This sale marked the exit of British Telecom from Tech Mahindra.

Tech Mahindra announced its merger with Mahindra Satyamon March 21, 2012, after the boards of the two companies gave their approval, to create a 2.5 billion $ IT Company. On June 11, 2013, Andhra Pradesh High Court gave its approval for the merger of Mahindra Satyam with Tech Mahindra, after the Bombay high court had already given its approval.

Friendship is the best bond one can develop irrespective of age. Two friends walking to school on a sunny morning. In hay days, attending school was more of a meeting place with friends and hanging out along with studying too. The school has tests starting today and the two friends are discussing and covering up the topics each missed out to complete. In exam times, with knowledge assurance is required so as to make the other believe that marks are not the ultimate judge and low marks are not the lowest point, neither highest marks is the final point in your life. A friend is trying to assure the other with the same intent. Also the kid is educating the other on some of the topics, as the saying goes friend the best last minute teacher. Also, when you learn from a person with whom you have a good rapport and understanding, you tend to understand better. Two kids on their way to school doing their last minute chores, taking small steps and revising the topics read. Wish them good luck for their exams!!

   Rings exchanged between couples indicate the commitments and promises each makes to the other, also to indicate the love among them. The soon to be married couple have their rings on the table for the photography session. Pre-wedding photography has become the trend as bride and the groom capture and savor the moments of the time.As their friends suggested and encouraged, the couple did go for the session and they are enjoying their time. Making promises to each other, sharing their life and comforting each other. Both were nervous as wedding is big responsibility and beautiful too. They decided to keep the rings in this manner as they look like holding hands, they way two are going to hold hands and live a life together. Platinum is her favorite and so is now his favorite too. They are happy with the work photographer has put in and they love their decision of going for this. Now they have some of the moments captured for them to savor the past memories.

        This picture shows the power of working together in a team. Any team is formed for achieving particular goal. To fulfill that goal members in a team should work together. For example, Employees belong to team and team to company. So for making progress in company employees should work in a team. In team everyone may have different point of views, different knowledge, but the plus point about team is everyone can discuss their ideas and know others. Also by discussing, new ideas can be there in mind. There may conflicts in group, but by going together with team players in a group is a responsibility of group leader. Group leader should have leadership quality to lead the whole group. Also when there is conflicts in ideas it is responsibility of group leader to take the actions. Companies have different projects based on different technologies. Members in a group may be from different domains, they have knowledge of different technologies. Hence if everyone is working together by sharing their ideas and knowledge, then project can be efficiently completed within time. 

It isn't necessary that a human befriend only a human, the friend can be animals, birds, anyone with whom the human feels a connection and the heart to bond. The girl often comes to this place whenever she feels she want some time for herself, and the crow comforts her as he visit her too. They don't see each other neither they talk. The crow doesn't come there in greed of food or water. The girl brings something for crow once in a while. There's an unspoken bond between the two which only the two can feel. She shares everything with the crow, so as to get it off her chest and crow sits there waiting for the girl. He just sits there with the girl. Does he understands or listens what she says,can't be said but the crow understands the vibes and feelings of the girl. This has been going on for years now and is remarkable to see.

A family is living in the village which consists of a father, a mother and a daughter.The father is a farmer and the mother is homemaker.And he daughter is studying in the  Agriculture college near by the girl is a hard worker and smart.She allways think of her family how to settle herself and her family.As her father is a farmer some times the growth of the corps are high but sometimes it is very difficult for the farmers.In the last month the corp this has been invested by her father got loss  when her father was so sad at that time the girl who has better knowledge about Agriculture has adviced her father to grow the seasonal crops such that the investment as well as the time will be saved by listening this her father has listed her words and he was so proud of his daughter. He has out of this reg ration and he again started to go farm and Now he is very happy of doing his work  which he has completely invested his ideas and hardwork. On the way to college the girl saw her father and felt very happy and thinking that her knowledge has helped her father in trouble suitations. 

Ram and Shyam were best friends since their childhood days.Both were living in a small village and were studing in
high school of the local village.Their village was very poor in sanitation and cleaniness.As a result of the poor
cleaniness and sanitation, villagers suffered from many types of diseases.This outbreak of diseases made both ram and
shyam very sad.They decided to take the matter in their hands.They also decided to get the departmental help in this
matter. They arranged a meeting with the officals of health department at local health centre.The meeting took place
and the outcomes of meeting were quite promising.It was decided that the health department will provide the village
with medical facilties but the sanitation and cleaniness problem should be looked volunteerly by the villagers only.
So, Ram and Shyam took the task of awaring the villagers about the positive effects of proper sanitation and cleaniness
in the villages.As a result of this awareness scheme, about 20 people volunteered for the cause and made Ram as their
leader.This team of 22 volunteers started the cleaniness work in village and made people aware about the benifits of
proper sanitation.Seeing the working and determination of the team, more and more villagers joined Ram and Shyam
volunteerly in their effort of making the village clean and disease free.At last, both the friends were very successfull
in making their village clean.

    A woman is in tears of joy, as her husband, an officer in Indian Navy has come back after 6 months at sea. The sailors and officers serving in navy have to be away from their homes protecting the nations coastline and involving in bi or multilateral events. The nations guardians and heroes have to bear this distance and likewise if not more, the family at home has to stay strong and composed so as to not cause any disturbance to their husband or wife. All the wait for the lady has come to end, and all those months of being away bursted out in tears and that's all she is able to do while opening the door and welcoming her husband and the officer. She has dreamt of this morning everyday since he set sail. The lady had it all planned on what all she will say when he arrives but everything just stopped and she froze when he finally arrived.

A family has large fields and a barn as, agriculture serves as their main source of income. The family has mother, mother and a daughter. Agriculture requires manpower, patience and hard work. A single person can sow the entire field, but it would take an amount of time that isn't feasible So, more number of hands, easier the work gets done. But this family understands the importance of education and instead of involving their daughter in the field work, she goes to college and after coming back if she has time left helps in the field too. The daughter wants to study and she has never been stopped by her parents. With her subjects in environmental studies and about pesticides, fertilizers in chemistry, she actually has been able to improve the field production keeping the cost same as before and ,lowering it too in some cases like irrigation techniques. She has a lot to learn and lot to give to the fields of her father and the society too. This is how her family's life has been affected for good with education.

Ram while returning from his college laid his eyes on a young weak figure laying on a road side. On noticing further from his uniform he realized that it was a student from his own college. He tried to figure out if the the young boy was still conscious but to no good. Further, he called for help made a move to convince the nearby people to take the poor guy to a hospital nearby. The sleek boy was still bleeding and within 0.5 hour he was admitted to Rajanti emergency ward. The doctors rushed for an immediate treatment and enquired Ram if he happens to an acquaintance of the patient. Ram replied that though he do not know the poor guy in person in person but it happened to be in college. After acknowledging  Ram, the doctor went to the operation ward before calling to the police and informing them to dig out his residence and family.The operation went smooth,bleeding almost was terminated and the young boy soon came to his consciousness. He reported to the police how he turned up at the accident site and thanked Ram for his generosity and bravery. The young boy happened to the son of college dean and when informed about this picture to the dean , he awarded Ram for his kind act and made him the head of Student Welfare society.
