Answer:

This represents a stressful and a tensed situation at the
border. It appears that the enemy has all of a sudden has broken the cease fire
rules. The three chief officers of the Indian Army are devising new strategies
to combat and track the movement of the enemy. The person with the cap on his
head is the most powerful and senior person in the Army. He is giving a tactical
briefing to his subordinates so that after this meeting they go back and lead
their teams. War is not only won by arms and ammunitions but also it requires
courage, will power and inner core strength. Standing or staying at the border,
surviving the extremes of temperature is certainly not a cakewalk. The army men
also stay from their families just to ensure that all the other citizens are
safe in the country. These three men represent the pride and glory of our
country. Their own life or vested interest have no value for them, instead they
are determined to sacrifice their whole life for their motherland. The superior
is giving them instructions and is helping them to navigate the path from where
they can attack. In his writing pad, he has noted down all the coordinates
which he want the regiments to cover and be victorious at the same time. The
other officials are grave and serious as this is the first time they would be
leading the entire team on their team. Despite being young and energetic, these
two young soldiers are confident that they will give their 100% no matter what
the situation shall be. Apart from strategy and courage, Indian Army truly
reflects the essence of a real hard core leadership. These young officials are
effeciently trained in such a way that they inspire each of their fellow army men
to achieve victory. Indian Army is the second largest army in the world with
its invincible traits.

This picture represents one of the
major scams of IT industry which was the fraud at Satyam. The journalists
outside the Satyam state that they are waiting to expose the scam which was
carried out by the Managing Director of Satyam who was
Ramalinga Raju. The
manipulation was so terrific that it doomed the 4th largest IT company in
India.
Due to aggressive buying of properties Raju started having lack of
funds. Therefore, to generate more funds he began manipulating the financial
statements of his company-- Satyam Computers. For instance, If Satyam had the
actual profit of Rs70 crores then in financial statements Raju used to show the
profit of Rs700 crores so as to show that Satyam is growing very rapidly.

This was one big hit for all the IT industries and even
the foreign investors started doubting the credibility of the Indian IT firms.
The situation was stabilized when another massive tech giant, Tech Mahindra
purchased 51% of Satyam’s share and named it Mahindra Satyam in 2009. However,
the entire team merged with TechMahindra losing its original identity in 2013.
This is one of the biggest fiasco faced by any Indian firm. Raju admiited in
front of SEBI that he also routed the funds illegally and was also responsible
for money laundering. After all this, the share prices of Satyam drastically
fell  from Rs.170 to Rs.6.50 marking the
biggest ever seen.

Unlike living upto its name ‘Satyam’ which means truth,
the company unfolded a true case of multiple frauds. Even today, this is
studied under various case study to know the havoc this company caused and how
it manipulated the entire economy. The press and journalists highlighted all the
fake transactions of the firm and they published the case study wherein they
exposed even a small step by Raju which brought him to rags from his riches.

Answer:

The above picture shows the
ruins of a monuments. Monuments were once a very important part of our Indian
culture. Mughal rulers were too much interested in constructing the monuments.
These served as a proud symbol of the then emperor, some of them constructed it
for the defence purpose, some of them acted as a insulator during temperature
extremes and some of them constructed it to glorify their rule. We feel proud
when we see these monuments standing proud. TajMahal, Humayun’s Tomb, Golkunda,
CharMinar, Jama Masjid these are some brilliant examples which illuminate our
history. India ranks 6th in terms of its world heritage sites. There
are 38 world heritage sites in India making it one of the most popular
destinations for all the historians as well as
the foreign
tourists. However, sometimes it is sad to see these ruins and breaking down of
our victorious past. Some of the people also scribble and mess with these
beautiful ancestral heritages. The lack of civic sense in people causes a great
of damage and spoil the very essence of the proud structure. Strict fines
should be imposed if somebody is found tempering these structures. Restoration
and even rigorous maintenance activities are carried to safeguard these. Not
only this, the government is also taking necessary steps so that these become
our USP whenever we want to market our tourism. Various Light and sound show
are also been introduced to add life to these lifeless structures. Monuments are
the reflections of scientific advancements which initiated 5000 years ago.
India is a home of old civilizations ranging from Indus Valley or Harrapan civilization.
It is startling to see that even during that time people had the intellect to
sort their lives without using much of technology. Excavations are carried out
by the Archeological Survey of India even today and every time they discover
something astonishing. Overall, it is a remarkable feeling seeing these
structures.

The above picture shows the conversation between the two fellow doctors in a hospital. This scene depicts a hospital operation theater .The patient has died and lying on the hospital's bed. Since it was a road accident case, they are now planning to inform the police and sent the body for post mortem.  Doctors have to be extra cautious when it comes to a medico legal case. These two doctors are also worried as there is no source of information regarding the dead patience. They are anxious so as to how will they find about the family or friends of the man who is lying dead in front of their eyes. Since, the patient is young, they are planning to call and inform the police so that the body is claimed as early as possible. The legal obligation of the medico legal is such that the attendant or the patient's family has to be involved and give permission to the doctors to carry out post moterm. This might be a case of drinking and driving as this is becoming a prevalent practice among the youth these days. A small act of carelessness is taking a toll over their lives. Such practices must be discouraged and heavily penalized.  Doctors work day in and day out to save lives of their patients. It is their moral responsibility to give their best efforts to protect all the people who come to get treated. A large number of hospitals and healthcare centers have come up to safeguard the interest of the public. Government also takes many initiatives to foster proper health and hygiene facilities.

Answer:

This picture according to me is a way to test a man's greed. I feel that the person in the above picture is a poor potter who makes pot for the entire village. He is praised through out for his diligence and also his integrity.  Many people in the village are astonished that how is he so honest even nobody is watching him. Seeing this and listening about this God decided to test him. He disguised himself as a simple villager and went to this potter. He went and requested the potter that if he could paint and polish all the three earthen pots. Having a kind helpful attitude, the potter agreed to do that. So he began polishing the pots. He successfully polished and painted the first two but while he was doing the third one the pot vanished and his hand was filled with a gold brick. He was startled and eyes dazzled. Soon after few minutes, he realised that the Gold was not property. He held that carefully and decided to keep that back in one of pots. He decides that he will return the two pots and honestly admit about the third pot. The villager/God again visited him after two days. He asked the potter the reason for delivering two pots. The potter honestly recited the whole incident. When God looked inside the second pot, he found the golden brick intact. This was the time God came in his real form and started blessing the porter. The porter was overwhelmed and could not figure out what had happened. God narrated him the whole incident and admitted that He was keen in testing his honesty. God smiled and told him that the pottter had won his heart with his crystal clear honesty and from that day onwards he will no longer remain poor and will have all the facilities  that he dreamt off. The porter's happiness had no limits as he became rest assured about his daughter's marriage and fulfilling the needs of his family. So we are right when we say "HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY"

Answer:

The above picture shows that two neighbors are talking to each other. The picture is shown in the village backdrop. The person on the right side is a rich zamindar or a landlord who is pointing out and flaunting his new house in the village. Behind this man, we can also see his servant who has brought a glass of water for his master. The other person on the left is quite simple and is a teacher at government school. He disapproves and criticizes the act of child labour which is stunting the growth of our country. He is explaining that children below the age of 18 are entitled and have the right to seek free education upto the age of 14. These young minds are the future of our country. Rather than working to complete household chores, these  children should be admitted to government schools and taught the importance of studying and then working. They must be ready to work hard and give their sincere efforts to shaping up their lives. The person on the left is of the Gandhian opinion that one should believe in equality and must do their work on their own. The small boy is humbled and feeling honored after listening that he has a bright chance to receive education. His faded confidence is returning as he is listening about government initiatives related to education even in the rural areas.  The arrogant man however is not interested in knowing or getting the little boy educated as he is overwhelmed by his affluent status.  Villages are also encouraging education for females now. Small schools are opening and the government is also funding various schemes related to education. There are also skill development initiatives launched which are providing vocational training and industry specific skills which make the people industry ready and boost employement for masses.
