Leader is the person must have some qualities which make that person for proper coordination in a team. Qualities like have some knowledge on the project, good command over latest technology, good communicatio skills, listening skills, politeness and so on. Now coming to the member of a group, member should be honest to all the members of a team and specifically to group leader. Member should have the passion to learn the new things. Member should have the humility instead of arrogance ,then that person will survive in that team with more respectful.
Finally I think I have the abilities and qulaifications of a team leader so i would choose group leader.

The leader should always be so attentive and should always have the updates about the work in the group. The pros to be in leader is, the whole authority will be with you, and you can guide your co-workers or the group members in the work. Whereas it also have the cons to be the leader that is you have to work much harder than any other members in group, also sometimes group members will not listen to you and also doesn't complete the work on time.While being just the member in the group will be just completing the tasks given, sometimes you need not have to know the thing which the group is actually working on, but you have to know about the specific task which is assigned to you. For example if you are working in a office as a group leader, you have to be so confident and also have to guide the members, assign the tasks for each of the members in that group, should always motivate them to work. Whereas if you are the member in that group you have to complete the assigned task.
Thus, I conclude that being just the member will be able to learn so much working in a group. While as a leader we can learn and guide the members in a group.

A Group is a collection of people who work togeather to achieve a common goal. A Group is always managed and controlled by a Leader who acts as role model for the follower members, inspires everybody, guides them and helps them in all problems. Its all because of the equal participation of both the leader and the members that any group succeeds in the completion of their goal.
I would prefer to be a member of a group as i am a fresher, thus i donot have any idea of how to get a complete work done, how to manage work among all members, organization rules , etc. Thus firstly i would like to learn as a member then prefer to be a leader so that i Could lead and manage my Group efficiently and successfully.
Being a Leader, you need to fulfill all the responsibilities that you have been given, to make sure there is compatibility among all the member of the group, every member does the respective work assigned to them and get the objective of the group be achieved within the time period and with the resources available at the moment.
So one should properly think about his/her capabilities before opting to be a Leader or to be a member of the Group. One wrong decision will lead the downfall of the Group.

I want to be a leader in job because it has many responsibilities regardings their teams. To listen the problems of each member, try to find out the solution of their problems, team coordinating and so on.
When our team is in the right path or it is doing his work properly the first credit always goes to the team leader.

But not every person become a team leader, as becoming a team leader require numerous competencies. A person has to be bold enough to take decisions in a faster way. He/She should manage his/her stress properly, as sometimes for leaders things are not smooth enough. They have to organize their team and assign work to different member in such a manner, that he is able to extract maximum out of them.
Working both in team or as team leader, is equally competent. A person has to take both the oppurtunities beforehand. He has to start his career as a member of group. Having a leader mindset is not always productive. Even the biggest entrepreneurs like Bill gates didn't had a leader mindset when he started his company. So a person should be ready to work both in team or as leader in his career. As far as i am concerned, i can work both as leader properly or as team member and can showcase my skills in both ways possible.

I prefer to become a leader of a group because a great leader provides you with a great governance. According to me, a leader is the backbone of any group.
