In recent years, the number of people deciding to work abroad has almost doubled according to a number of sources. It is said that almost 37% of people were willing to relocate globally for better career opportunities and further choosing to settle there permanently.

There could be multiple reasons for this, but the main cause could be very simple. The financial stability provided outside is greater than the one provided in the home country. The quality of life and work provide a sense of luxury.

Considering India as an example, the salary packages provided abroad are approximately 4 times of the salary package provided in india. It can be argued that the cost of living abroad is similar to the pay grade, but most individuals decide to send a part of their savings to India and this makes a lot of difference compared to what can be saved in india.

In my opinion, I would also be choosing to go abroad for the aforementioned reasons and also considering the luxury of life and quality of work. Most of the countries outside have a better infrastructure for the educational system and career opportunity and a much more clearer path to what I might want to pursue. I would also love to explore the world around me. Often in India, people have been discriminated against by the job they have, people with lower hierarchical job roles or jobs that are considered dirty or low class are not given the respect they deserve and often mistreated. You cannot be proud of what you work unless it's a high paying job. This is not seen a lot abroad and so this can also be a reason why people choose a career outside considering all the factors. Apart from all these reasons people would want to work abroad is that they can be proud about working abroad, they feel a sense of pride. The individual is considered to be successful in his career. Working abroad is also like a major resume boost by expanding your network around the world, having international assignments can boost future employability.

People might also go abroad to learn new skills, like communication, etc. It pushes you out of your comfort zone. If the country has its own local language, then you will also find that language add up in your resousefunes.the new perspectives will help you develop a personality as you grow professionally.
