Sports increases our leadership quality as it makes us able to take decision as a team leader. As a person works with there team mates, sports increases coordination ability. It helps to increase endurance and ability because a person do a lot of workout for his physical fitness. Sports makes a person to be in a proper discipline. It increases of activeness by decreasing the reaction time after any command. Sports helps us to strengthen the body. Sports prevent our body ageing for a longer time. Sports maintains the blood pressure and avoids various other diseases.
So everyone should have to spend time in sports from there busy schedule by keeping the benefits of sports in there mind.

Sports are important along with studies especially for the students. Sports keeps the mind young and yes it does builds ones character. Apart from building the peoples character, it's the first thing students get their identity from, something that they pride upon from schools. With today's education system in place students learn what it takes to be a leader, how to play along with the team, but they are memorising the points for grades and they do not know the scenarios and how to apply them.
A team sport like football or basketball or any team sport puts you on the front foot and there you can't rely on books that you read. It's all on what you are and their nature. To pass the ball player must know the ground and where their teammates are and accordingly make the pass. This is one example wherein one builds the circuity in their minds with practice. This enhances the personality and allows the person know about themselves. To enhance the personality , you must know your shortcomings and that is how one gets better. Sports does bring everything of this out. You play for a minute and for sure you are gonna know what you can do.
Sports gets you on the go and keeps your minds young, also shaping your mind for the better. Play for a good metabolism and refresh mind.

Sports is a most important thing in our life. If we do not play sports, then we will become lazy. We should do all the work in a good manner. Sports is essential for people who are weak or people who are fat. Sports is necessary for all age groups. Sports keeps you fit. Sports is the basic thing that anybody can do.
