Points to remember before you participate in a Essay Writing:

The main reason behind this movement to keep people healthy. As, Nowadays people living very unhealthy lifestyle. So, to make people healthy this was introduced. Also Mr. Narendra Modi in his speech pionted the main reason regarding this movement. He told that if a person will be healthy then only he become a successful person. He had given all the responsiblities of this to the sports minister. He also told about the importance of yoga in our life. He told that every one should do yoga regularly in order to fit himself. He stated each and every important key points to live a healthy life. If a person will be healthy then he can achieve any goal which he has set to achieve.
The movement has been started to live a healthy life of Indian citizens. Fit India Healthy India

If a person is fit by body, the learning capacity is increased. a fit body helps the mind to think broadly. Health is wealth. A healthy body is a blessing. A healthy body protects us from various problems. This fit India Movement is an excellent initiative by government. It will help people to think about their fitness. This movement is famous among all citizens. Everyone is appreciating this step. No doubt that it will help people to make them fit. It was initiated by our priminister to make nation aware about yoga. Yoga is very helpful. Yoga helps body to grow and develop. It provides strength to the body. Many heart problems arises due to the unhealthy environment. Exercise can help one to have a strong body.
Physical health is very important. It helps us to make us mentally strong. In a nutshell the Fit India Movement is a very good initiative. Each of us should take part in it. Whenever one get time, one should think about physical health. The fir India Movement is a very famous and widely accepted movement. Initially it was a big challenge to implement this. But later it become very famous. Nowadays everyone is accepting this movement to support healthy environment.

Fit India Movement is a national movement started in India to inspire people to live a healthy and fit lifestyle by including yoga, exercises, physical activities and sports in their daily lives.
Fitness Pledge was taken on the National Sports Day,
"I promise to myself that I will devote time for physical activity and sports every day and I will encourage my family members and neighbours to be physically fit and make India a fit nation"
A fitness committee has been made to help and advise the government for this campaign. It has different members of various government officials, members of Indian Olympic Association (IOA), National Sports Federations, Sports co-ordinators, yoga teachers, private bodies fitness promoters and influencers.
Government schools in states and union territories have facilitated the students with the fitness items as per the directives of union HRD department. The equipment purchased is to be tested in workable condition by the concerned authorities and it is also mandatory to keep the record of working, repairable and non-working fitness equipment. The schools are also allowed to include their regional and traditional games for the daily activities of students.
On 6 September 2019, Honourable Lok Sabha speaker Mr.Om Birla conducted Fit India session in the parliament and invited all the MPs to pursue the movement in their constituencies.
The implementation of the Fit India Movement is a big challenge to the Indian Government as the peoples below the poverty line or those who are un-educated are in large amounts and to explain them about the Movement would be the challenging task. Another challenge is the availability of quality food for all as many people survive on foods that are not healthy and causes diseases and is not able to give proper nutrition to the individual.

Fit India Movement launched by Mr. Modi is one of the best practice one can follow. Nowadays, people are often faced with anxiety and hypertension. To tackle such situations our mind and body shall be active and energetic. Being fit contributes to the same and a fit body and mind helps in gaining a positive attitude towards life. Although the implementation of the same would come as a challenge to the Indian Government. People below the poverty line or even those who are un-educated are in big numbers and to explain them is the main task. Another challenge being, availability of quality food for all. Many survive on foods that aren’t good for health and are not able to provide the individual with the strength one requires.
Focusing on such topics before implementing the FIT INDIA MOVEMENT surely would be more beneficial before the same.
One suggestion that I would like to add that according to me would help in achieving success in this movement would be “Actors”, Actors like Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan, Disha Patani, Shilpa Shetty, etc are ones who promote being fit and people look up to them. They are the ones who inspire millions of people and people follow such idols. Promoting FIT INDIA through their means would benefit a lot.
FIT INDIA MOVEMENT would bring a drastic impact on many lives if it gets a country-wide acceptance. Hoping for the same in this busy work life, people could take out some time for their well being.
