" Here are the some things that I learned during my last job about fast paced environment. It can be a frustrating and rewarding at the same time. Tight deadlines which always means having a sense of urgency. In the fast paced environment, having the constant drive and energy to get the things done is crucial. You may be influence from external sector in an organisation such as requests from clients or sales team, you need to have a attitude of getting the deliverable on time no matter what it takes. Every work should be done on time in an fast paced or urgency environment. Take a time to understand the workplace why is a fast paced environment . It can affects to how you feel about your job and company. Even doing multitasking may gives you the hectic or fast paced environment in an organisation. Multitasking is not as productive as I originally thought. When you do multitasking , it is harder to focus on and excel at time at hand because while you are actively on work , your mind is occupied by other work . It could be intentionally or not. The pain of multitasking is usually felt when you have many browsing fans , documents open , emails at same time. More over while you trying to focus on multitasking and move on to other work before finishing last ones. As these resulting interruptions , end up spending that more time trying to regain focus on one task. Time is lost during the context switching the one task and remembering the detail of another task. I learned that it is faster to complete one task prior to moving onto another task that will give less browsing tabs , emails , documents open at all time. It is better way to prioritize and not multitasking. Once you understand and appreciate the fast paced environment root cause , it can help you to determine your next steps, help to deal with high pressure , and provide you to source of motivation to eradicate this root cause.         Here are some ways to avoiding the hectic or fast paced environment by taking breaks. It is important to taking breaks. Having constant work without taking any break is not efficient and negative impacts productivity. Working in an organisation or home for longer period of time may give you a negative effects on your health. Studies shows that taking 5 -10 minutes breather every hour , grabbing a food or beverages, spending that time to have a walk by going outside and anything else that requires you to get out from seat , will give you the energy and tranquility to do work with the same enthusiasm. It will give you the boost in yourself. We should not work harder for long period rather smarter. Taking breaks in the mid of work may help you to do focus on work with same curiosity.  "
