I am an official in the Indian Overseas Bank, i have read all our problem due to Bank transaction cancelled sorry for this inconvenience. It is due to some issue in our network issue. For your transaction period the network issue be happened . so don't worry about your issue .if you didn't received money kindly call the customer care or visit our branch in your area. please wait 3 to 4 days this is an auto- retrieval process.
