You are an employee working in the ticket resolve section of a marketing company Zuper Sales and Design. You have got a ticket where a customer money got deducted twice the amount for the single product and he wants to know why it has happened and asking for the amount to be refunded back in his account. Write an email for the same providing the customer with the necessary information.
