I hope you are all having a great morning! I want to take the time to stress the importance of submitting your weekly timesheets on a regular timeframe. Timesheets can be accessed and submitted online. Its important to submit your timesheet the end of the day by Friday failure to adhere can lead to loss of pay-every week. I would like to inform you all that I have received complaints regarding irregularity in submitting a weekly timesheet from the client, even I have also observed many team members using the company system for personal use, they should aware of it used to bill the client. So I inform you all to fill your weekly timesheet on time do not default on this else it will lead to loss of the pay-every week & from Friday onwards you can use the timesheet application in your mobile for submitting your weekly report & you can access online from anywhere. By failure adhere to complete your daily actual working hours.

I'm here to address an issue regarding irregularity of weekly time sheets. This will lead to loss of pay-every week. This sheets are used to bill client. We have came up with a new solution for this. I'm going to install a new time sheet filling application by Friday which can be accessed online. By this we can know the actual working hours of us. We can not be a failure to ad here the time sheets. A humble request to all the guys in the team to follow up the updates.

We are not able to submit bills timely to our client which leads to pay loss of every week. Therefore, try to submit your weekly worksheets every Friday by 5 p.m. without fail.

It is come to my knowledge that their has been some irregularity in submitting the weekly time sheets. As you know that all the time sheet filling application should be done by Friday of every week. As you know that these time sheets can be accessed online by head of departments for various evaluations and failure to adhere in filling time sheets may lead to loss of pay every week.Not only it shows the actual working hours of every team member but is also used to bill client.So i request you to please do not default in filling the time sheets again and make sure to submit it in stipulated time period.

I would like to inform you that I am very much disappointed by seeing the irregularity of updating the weekly timesheets. It leads to loss of pay every week as we use this sheet to bill our clients and it puts a very negative impact on our organisation.
This sheet can be accessed online. You are just supposed to calculate your actual working hours and filled the needed information accordingly If you have any doubts and unclarity about anything you can reach out to me but I need you to all update your weekly sheets by this Friday and make it in your practice.
