This in response to the meeting held regarding the staff performance, i would like to bring to you notice that the management is not pleased with your performance and have issued and 1st warning to improve on yourself.
Though the management has issued a warning i have complete faith on you that you will improve your performance and all the unsatisfactory aspects will turn over and yield good results in the future.
