Recently,I came Bangalore by reservation and also came your restaurant.I ordered some food and food arrive after half and hour.I had to wait long time.The food was also cold.This is very bad service according to me and also waiters are very rude.Apart from this i also got bill late then i was surprised that how can you become irresponsible.
So, I want to say that please act immediately because this effects your good reputation.

I came to Bangalore for a meeting in your restaurant, so I did a table reservation. When I came here, the waiters made me to wait for long time nearly more than half an hour to take the order. Also they behaved so rude and the food arrive was late and cold. Also the bill too arrived late. I was surprised to see such a bad service offered by you. So act immediately regarding this and so you will get good reputation.

It is hereby to inform you about the customer service provided in your Bangalore Restaurant. I had reservation and surprised to listened that even though I have to wait for half an hour. Moreover bad service was also given by your rude waiters. After a long time when our food arrive, it was cold and not of good taste as I heard earlier. Bill was also arrived late.

I am one of your customer i have recently visited to your restaurant in Bangalore . Even after reservation of my table in your restaurant still i have wait for half an hour. I have observed that there is a bad service in your restaurant by your waiters .Even they don't know how to behave with the customers they are very rude. I have ordered my food still i have to wait long time to arrive the food to my table .the food is not hot i adjusted myself and i ate the food the bill is also late. I have got surprised this type of people are there in the good reputation hotels and i act immediately and told to the waiter please behave well with the customers .

Today I have a journey to Banglore.I had a reservation on Ratnachanal express. I visited your restuarant to eat sandwich I ordered and they kept me wait for half an hour.Waiting is bad service and waiters who serve are very rude after a long time food arrived but it is cold.of all these iam surprised of bill which is too high please do act immediately to resolve this issue for good reputation.

Moreover there was bad service and the waiters were too rude. After I ordered the food, it took a long time for the food arrive. The food was not even tasty and was cold. Later, the bill was also sent very late. Overall I was surprised to see this kind of management in your restaurant. I request you to act immediately on this matter.
