Sir, A few months back I bought a car from your Smart Automotive Company but the vehicle got engine problem very shortly. I brought my car to one of your service center but the way they repaired made my car engine fail for the second time even. With lots of patience took my car to another showroom by adding a few more complaints to it. They solved all the pending problems of my car. But the maintenance cost is too high. They also delivered the car one week later. Very few good reviews are found on your website regarding your service. I'm not at all satisfied with your service. Customer satisfaction is the most important and your service centre must increase customer satisfaction. Hope I will find better service when I pay a visit for the next time.
