Dear Ankur,
I am XYZ from the Internal Communications department. I sit just two workstations away from your seat.
Through this mail, I am sorry to inform you that you talk very loudly on the phone around my desk. This creates a lot of disturbance for me as well as for the colleagues who sit near your workstation. It becomes difficult to concentrate and focus for all of us. My work largely involves editing, copywriting and proofreading content, I tend to lose my attention due to your high pitched voice.
Hope you will pay heed to my request and gradually start speaking softly. I know it is a habit but eventually, you will get accustomed to it. This will largely help you and everyone near your seat.
Thanking You
Warm Regards
XYZ
