I like to share about the few ideas to train the new employees to achieve the best level in market and to earn more income.
New employees of our concern should learn about our company policies and services so that they will understand the strategy of our company and it would be really helpful for them get an creative idea to increase the productivity in the right way.
Secondly the new employees should have to go through about the product details and development. They should've to find out the problems or the discomfort of the product . To identify the problem of the product will help us to resolve the issue and it also help us to improve the product.
Most importantly the new employees must have a good knowledge of understanding the customer queries and give them a satisfied resolution.
They should have the better communication to make the customer understand the situation and provide the best service experience in using our company products.

This mail is regarding the ideas that the new trainees should be provided during their training period. I hereby want to discuss you with the new suggestions that our sales team has thought to go in with the new training procedure . We should firstly discuss with about the company's history's which will help them understand about company past virtues and glories . I have come to know that our firm has recruted new employees, As i have asked by our sales team tofor the area of traning that should be provided for our new employees. I would like to suggest some of my views.
It mainly includes company history, product knowledge and communication with customer.
1. company history: As an employee, everyoneof them should be aware of the company history. By doing this so, our employees will never voilate any rules and never do any kind of illegal activities.
2. product knowledge: By giving a specailized traning on the product which we are been processing, they may get to know about the entire process cycle. With the help of of that knowledge, rthey will engage themselves in the upcomming project.
3. communication: As we consider, our coustomer as the big asset, by giving traning on communication part, our employees will never dissappoint our customer as well as the firm.
