I have recently bought laptop from your company. It is poor quality of service only few service centers are available in the city. Maintenance charge too high compared to all other companies one of the poor customer satisfaction for us. your authorized service center take more time period for service the laptop. I did not get on time delivery till now.I I pay more amount to this laptop, cheap and best laptops are available in city.

few days earlier i bought a laptop from your Smart Appliance Company. This laptop works better than my first one but I am facing some problems in it and there is not a single service center of your company near by me.
Problems I am facing is that sometimes my windows crashes and also it's screen geeting worst day by day.

It is hereby inform you to quality of customer satisfaction availability by your Smart Alliance Company. Recently I bought a Dell laptop but after few days I found problems like picture quality, battery backup. I complaint it for the same in your company who recommend me to resolve problems by their nearby service centres. When I went there, already so many pending problems are found of other customers due to which maintenance time increased. They ask to deliver it to next Friday and cost only delivery charge not any maintenance cost. But they deliver it on Monday which which is not a quality service.

Subject- Poor quality of Laptop.
I am writing to inform you that, 3 months before I have purchased a laptop, But the laptop hard disk and ram was not working, and also your company very few service center is available in Delhi. One month before I have submitted my laptop in your service center but my problem is still pending, according to the service center parts are not available now, They are taken more days for delivery, and also maintenance charges are also very high as well. for a customer satisfaction point, I am not happy with your service and maintenance. My last suggestion is only for you to increase the service center, maintain all computer parts, delivery the product on the same day.
