The payment processing system project which has proposed two weeks earlier was going successfully until yesterday where an unexpected power outage lead to data loss of our project files .So the project has been delayed for 7 days in which 3 days included for recovery of lost work am very sorry for the situation and i hope you understand the situation. I promise this will not happen it will not happen again will have a cloud backup for of our project so that power outage doesn't affect the project .I will reach out soon once the project is completed .

I am reaching out about the ABC project on which we are working but due to some technical reasons the project has been delayed, As per commitment we had a schedule you deliver the project by 10th May (Friday) but due to unexpected power outrage it has been overall delay for 7 days because we need to work on our payment processing system and also includes recovery of lost work which may take 3 days more. we are sorry for the delay and expected this will not recur our future relations.

I hope you are doing well. I am here to inform you about payment processing system . For some technical reasons, the project is getting delayed, Which is schedule on 10th may (Friday) . There is Unexpected power outage from 3 days. Our technical team is trying to solve this issue. I am requesting you please give some days more. Overall delay for 7days includes recovery of lost work, We will not recur. Our back end team will solve this issue as soon as possible.

I would take my pardon, due to some technical glitches caused from an unexpected power outage in our power house,we had to stop working for few days.For that matter the project is getting delayed from our end.As it was scheduled on 10th May (Friday), but it would get overall delay for seven days to get its recovery.From the last three days,we have started the recovery process.
I would make sure it will not recur any further loss to your end and I hope it wont affect in the payment processing system.

We are trying hard to do the Payment processing. But due to the our Payment processing on 10th may (friday) . So,because of this we are failed to do so on our schedule time. It will need us nearly 7 days to recovery of lost work. Also the outage was since 3 days. I hope you will understand us.I aplogise for the delay.
