Sir i have got my appointment letter yesterday i'm very glad that as i have selected to my dream position. I have compiled all my certificates into one folder for joining but it was incomplete as i'm not having experience and any pay slips but please give me an opportunity to prove my efficiency, definitely you will observe a good performance of mine.

Dear Manager,
I have received your offer letter and I am glad to receive it and very happy to join in your organisation.
As per the company terms and conditions before joining the company I need to provide all my certificates with my previous experience letter and all my pay slips,But I request you to please give me a two weeks of time as per the companies policy reliving letter will be provided with in 45 days.As it was not completed we need to wait for it.
I kindly request you to please allow me few weeks to submit my experience certificate.

I received the appointment letter this morning. Thank you! I accept the offer. It was mentioned in the letter to bring all my certificates with a previous experience letter and pay slips. I'm sorry but I have not received my experience letter yet and it would take another week to get. I kindly request you to give me some time meanwhile I will submit my payslip along with other certificates. I promise to submit the experience letter the moment I receive it.

Actually I didn't get the experience letter in my previous company, as per the norms the experience letter will be provided after 45 days from relieving.
