I have received information regarding the problem related with the purchase of your Tiss watch.The best possible solution is to approach the company's service center in Banglore. The address is attached at the end of the e-mail.Explain to them about the situation and make sure that you claim international warranty.

SUB:product complaint-reg;

Im a resident of India,Banglore. I bought a Tiss branded watch in london having a value of 40000 Indian currency a month ago.Today watch stops working.Presently Im in India.suggest how to claim international warranty and also send me the nearest service centre which resolve my issue I hope you will soon responds to this mail.
