I have recently bought laptop from your company. It is poor quality of service only few service centers are available in the city. Maintenance charge too high compared to all other companies one of the poor customer satisfaction for us. your authorized service center take more time period for service the laptop. I did not get on time delivery till now.I I pay more amount to this laptop, cheap and best laptops are available in city.

Problems I am facing is that sometimes my windows crashes and also it's screen geeting worst day by day.

I have bought a laptop from Smart Appliance company last month. After operating the laptop for few weeks I faced some issues. Meanwhile I contacted the customer care in which they mentioned very few service centers to resolve the complaints and pending problems. The maintenance cost and time for the delivery which were taken is not good. The increase of problem in service and maintenance is not providing a customer satisfaction.

I am naman. I would like to intimate you ragarding problem of laptop, I was buy laptop very few days ago.I have struggling problem during poor quality of service facility available in my city. In laptop there are pending problems like back problem,struct down automatically dis playing screen,power consumption is less.
I went to lot of service centre there Were poor service cost is also more.I spent lot of momey for delivery charges.I complaints to you email so many times.you have improve quality and power consumption to customer satisfaction.
