For having a good career and achieving all your goals, you must have the potential to do any of the work and handle all the pressure related to it. If someone says that he/she will not do the work at the moment and leave it for future, then for sure no work will get completed. If some employee in a company denies to work, then it will be a negative point for his further career. Thus, it is very important to deal with all the problems coming in the pathway and work hard to achieve your goals. "
