" Tainted ministers should not be allowed to contest election because as they are indulge in wrong doing how can they prove to be good leaders. Moreover if they are allowed to contest elections and if by chance they win and at the same time they have been found guilty for their wrong doing what will be done will they be sent to jail or will they be allowed to take the position. Basic thing is the tainted minister should not be given post because a bad leader cannot create good kingdom. If they are allowed to contest people has to more consequences than profit. "
