" paperless office cannot be reality because even though we can save 100 of files in computer but still few documents need paper record so we cannot have a paperless office. At some point of time we definitely need paper documents to be presented. In other terms we can say that computer can get some virus or with any technical issue if the memory is erased we will lose all the data so in this case paper documents can be our saviour so we cannot rely on paperless office. Yes we surely can reduce the consumption of paper depending upon the use but cannot completely stop it. "
