Latest Selection Procedure :: Deloitte
“Deloitte†is the brand under which tens of thousands of dedicated professionals in independent firms throughout the world collaborate to provide audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management, tax, and related services to select clients. These firms are members of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, a UK private company limited by guarantee (“DTTLâ€). Each DTTL member firm provides services in particular geographic areas and is subject to the laws and professional regulations of the particular country or countries in which it operates.
The selection process of the Deloitte consists of 4 rounds. These rounds are as follows:

Deloitte written test conducted by aspiring minds (AMCAT), which have a time limit of maximum 95 minutes where a candidate needs to answer 75 Questions, there is no negative marking. The written test is divided into 3 Section.

Note: "Q4I" suggest candidates to referred previous year AMCAT papers for above three sections (Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude).
Verbal Ability: This section consists of questions based on Synonym and antonym, Sentence completion, Sentence correction, Spotting errors, Completing sentence, Paragraph based question etc.
Logical Reasoning: This section consists of questions based on Direction sense(4), Odd man out series, puzzle, blood relation, Data Sufficiency, theme deductions, syllogisms, clocks, calendars etc.
Quantitative Aptitude: This section consists of questions based on Logarithm, Numbers, and number series, Profit and loss(3), Time and Work, Probability and Permutation and combination (6), Area, Percentages, Divisibility, Surds & indices, LCM & HCF etc.
GD round (Case study):Â In this section candidate will be divided into a group of five or more, and each group will be given a case. They will be expected to arrive at a solution and then present it as a group. Candidates must highlight or jot down the important points to ensure and portray the clarity and free flow of thoughts.
Technical Interview: Sometimes technical Interview HR Interview club together, In this section candidates, expect questions from resume, about their academic project followed by some technical questions.
HR Interview: This will be last round of Deloitte freshers recruitment, candidates expect some basic HR round questions like Introduce yourself, Why Deloitte, are you ready to relocate. Go through the HR round interview question asked in Deloitte.
