Mu Sigma, a management consulting firm follows an absolutely unique recruitment process which is muApt (First of its kind online recruitment test). This is abbreviated as Mu Sigma Aptitude and Personality Test.This test is designed to evaluate the candidate’s Aptitude (a mix of left brain – analytical and logical thinking, and the right brain – the creative side!) and their Personality, muApt comprising of four unique and challenging sections:

General Aptitude Test:

In this round, they have basics questions of quantitative aptitude and logic like reasoning, conditional statements, etc

Case Study & pic perception:

Two pictures will be given on the screen, you have to analyze the picture,derive possible conclusions, and you'll get some data/graphs and you have to draw the required insights out of them.

Video Synthesis Round:

you will be shown a video clip, which can be on any topic ranging from a clip from the video or a lecture by the CEO itself. You won't be allowed to write down anything during the video.You need to carefully listen to it. After the video is shown,A sheet of paper (or Postcard/cue-card ) with a few lines is given to you. you will be given 5 minutes to write down what you have inferred from the same.

Group discussions:

The applicants will be made to discuss some topic related to data analytics and its present state

Technical Interviews: Mu-sigma technical interview will be conducted in the group of 5-10 candidates.

HR Interview: This section of Mu-sigma will have some basic/standard HR round interview questions.
