HPE is a business-focused organization with four divisions: Enterprise Group, which works in servers, storage, networking, consulting and support; Services; Software; and Financial Services.
The selection procedure in HP begins with company pre-placement talk session, Candidates need to take this seriously, there are less chances question will be asked from this but can provide great deal of help in understanding the history and backgroung of the organization .

Group Discussion: HPE Group discussion is an elimination round, so candidates really need to perform well. In Group discussion mostly topics will be be based current events (Social, General Interest, and Creative Topics). Refer Q4Interview Group discussion section for latest topics.
Technical Interview: This section will mostly cover basic questions from core subject, so brush up some basics concepts, some C/C++/JAVA programs. In this round, candidates can expect some HR questions also.Refer Q4Interview most frequently asked the technical question in HPE.
HR Interview: This round is based on personal and educational details of yours. The questions will be like introduce yourself, preferred location, certificate courses, weakness and strengths, any leadership qualities portrayed in any particular situation, multiple languages known by you etc. Refer HR interview question asked at fresher level. Â
