Point to Remember:
- Time Duration for this round is 15 minutes.
- Write a story that you percept from the picture given, In not more than 200 words(1,200 characters max including spaces).
- Interpret the given image in such a way that you can come up with a short story based on it.
- Use simple words, avoid grammatical mistakes and portray your thoughts clearly.
- Don't repeat your views just so as to fill up the word limit.
- Put your thought within the word limit, else this will show a lack of management.
- Don't keep the story short as this portrays a lack of creativity to the recruiter.
- The best part is there's no cut-off in this round, so making the story meaningful is important.
- In this round candidate's literary skill are tested.
- In TechM, Picture will remain on the screen only for around 10 to 15 seconds.

The above picture shows our state of mind whenever there is stress or anxiety mounting on our head. As they say it is okay to be not okay at sometimes. We should always try to fight the difficult situations with positive beliefs thoughts and actions. There is a very common proverb which states that "Tough times never last but tough people do. " It is only during these adverse situation we can expand our limits. This is the true testing time wherein we can explore the power of our resilience. We often fail to the see the positive side during the phase in which we have obstacles. Being negative or having negative thought is like a termite which eventually eats away the optimism, creativity and the spark to perform in a person. We all wired with some or the other abilities we should seek those and pursue them. Running behind false appreciation or what people think is a shear waste of time, talent and efforts. We should always remember and repeat it in our head--Life is tough but so are you. All the religious scripts including Bhagwat Geeta gives prime importance to Karma that is word done by an individual. The hindu religion discourages the fact that one should be guided or influenced by external factors. As per these texts one should have inner peace and focus to deal with the atrocities of life. If you conquer your emotion and your thought process you will indeed be invincible. The above picture shows that we tangle our emotions, work, way of thinking and living but this is not healthy for both our physical and mental wellbeing. Life is ideally about being happy, focusing on what positives we have thanking God for the good things and how to we can improve it daily. If we really follow these steps windows of the brain will be circulated with awesome vibes which will help us in achieving the zenith of excellence.
