The picture says about a person picking the garbage. Mother nature has given us so beautiful place to live and enjoy. We should be careful about our actions. Now a days we see people have food, drink, use papers and plastics and throw it when  the use is  over,  and do not  care about the place. It is  our place We need to be responsible for our surroundings. Cleanliness is God of goodness. Due to these kind of acts the place surround by many bacterias which cause many diseases. That is what the saying tells about What we give, life gives you back. So be clean and keep clean.

People are right when they say that that their best pals are books. A book not only is a great source of knowledge but reading a book can be nurtured into a lucrative hobby. Despite the advent of technology, books are still popular as a primary source of information. Books are handy and they can prove to be a great companion during travelling, sitting idle at home or even relaxing during a holiday. It might feel strange but do you know reading helps you to write better. I have always heard/read authors recommending us to read more so that we enrich our vocabulary along with express our opinions in a much powerful way. Recently a study has shown that reading books also helps in stress reduction as with the medium of books you can travel to a new world without entirely going there. Some books are also good and useful in boosting one's creativity. Books like Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, Peter Pan, Snow white etc makes us explore a new adventurous place through the writer's perspective. Children of growing age before they reach their teenage must be encouraged to read a lot of quality novels or even bedtime stories. A well read person is an asset to the today as he/she can talk and discuss on any topic. The best part about books is that it is not restricted to one field rather it is of different genres. Indeed one can explore different aspects ranging from mythology to science even from self help to history. The stock is unlimited and the book is such a friend which will always be there with you and for you. Today, when I see a stack of books in my cellar I can easily comprehend the value addition each book has added in my life. A person who hasn't read is like a person who has stagnated in life. In order to keep growing and expanding our horizon, we must not give up on the healthy habit of reading.  

The picture is all about a home. That is the place we find our peace and happiness. In my family we are 5 in number. That is my mother, father and 2 younger brothers. When we are together it is the best time we ever have together. It is always happy and healthy to stay around a family. The greenery around the house looks so bright and clean. Whenever we have time we sit around and play together. Have lots of fun. The greenery around helps us to be healthy. We even enjoy playing with my friends around the house. Since the surrounding is clean there are no bacteria and we are free from the diseases. When it is Sunday all together enjoy playing outdoor games. Sometimes we do make picnic spot and spend time together. We never get  bored off when we are together. Family is always the best to spend time with.

Education has always acted liked like a first brick while laying the foundation of a successful career.  Management and leadership are two most important prerequisites for a successful career. These two key virtues are interdependent on each other. Growth of a company is reflected by the intellect and intent of the people working in an organization.  A leader must lead by following the walk the talk principle i.e. he should lead by following the same steps which he expects his associates to follow. Some of the key virtues which should be followed by all the employees in an organisation are integrity, honesty, team work, punctuality, resilience etc. It might sound untrue but the reality is that a man is recognized by his actions or by the work he does. There is a debate in the school of thought that successful leaders are made not born. We have been lucky to witness and  read stories about some of the glorious leaders in the past. Some of these torch bearers include Gautam Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi, Ashoka the great, Mother Teresa. One unique quality which binds them all is that they are not self centric rather they have all being crusaders to nurture the growth of mankind. They are known for their benevolence and their service towards humanity.  We all also can be leaders of our lives. If they take tiny steps towards the growth of mankind and serve the needy people in the society we surely can create a positive difference. Today corporate companies are also encouraging this initiative and they call this "Individual Social Responsibilty. "These are traits we look forward to seeing in our future managers and this will make world a better place to live in. 

Now they feel very happy because they are graduates.And they meet their frends ,then sharing their feelings and enjoy with them . finally they take photograph.Then after they have more responsibilities finally they search for a our door jobs .and start preparation to get the job .they want to lead their life happly

The green circle here represents the environment and the red dot represents the human species. Human represents a small section of the globe but they are disrupting the balance of the nature. Today humans are recklessly exploiting the resources without thinking much about our mother earth. He is not realizing the fact that this way he is creating a menace for himself and his younger generations to follow. Gandhi ji said, "Earth has enough for everybody's need but not for everyone's greed." Humans are blindly running after technology but they are forgetting that they are adding to a large number of carbon footprints which can play a havoc to their lives. Today when we look at the alarming state of pollution, we can see the kind of destruction we have caused to all the natural environment/resources like air and water. The population of human is exploding at a rapid rate where as the other species are getting endangered and extinct. Threats like Climate change and global warming are further worsening the situation. Eventually, global warming will lead to nature's dis-balance  and this will lead to melting of the icecaps and glaciers. Furthermore, we should focus on being environmentally conscious. If we don't value what we have today it will lead to a dreadful tomorrow. It is high time that we realize the severity of the situation and if we fail to do so then well soon be drained back to the stone age.

time. This was just before the era of smarphones when the technology world had
introduced business phones. The phone was a compact version of all the
important tools which we need for our office work. These tools include
organiser, calendar , instant messenger, calculator, things to do, facebook
etc. This tried to be miniature version of a laptop which also replicated the
'QWERTY' keyboard. The whatsapp messenger which is very popular is inspired by
BBM i.e. the Blackberry messenger. This phone was a game-changer as it merged
internet technology in itself.  Blackberry also had an amazing feature
that its battery life really lasted for a long duration and sustained itself. The
first BlackBerry phone which was launched was just a pager and only became popular
for sending messages in the form of emails. Later, the technology grew and
additional features add feather to the cap of these professional phones. The
BlackBerry also gained stardom by showing its enigmatic presence in the United
States. Market reports suggests that by 2007 it captured 30% of smartphone family.
Not only this, the US president Barack Obama was immensely impressed by this
phone. In some of pictures, he is also seen flaunting in BlackBerry. Some of
the prominent models of this include BlackBerry Bold, Blackberry Storm, BlackBerry
Torch, BlackBerry Curve etc.

Today as we observe the
technological era, we can draw a conclusion that nothing is indispensable.
There is a stiff neck to neck competition among every gadgets. Computers were
replaced by laptops subsequently phones like Blackberry replaced laptops and
eventually we have a plethora of devices strongly competing with each other
like Ipads, Macbooks, Iphone and even the smartphone which we see and use
today. The Generation next is getting confined to their homes and desks and are
losing on healthy lifestyle as they getting driven and dominated by technology.
Mobile games, videos etc have easily replaced the outdoor games and activities
which one used to be the part of our everyday routine.
