Egg is also one of the food which is rich in proteins. The yolk in the egg is very nutritious. Some consider it as non veg but the proteins in it cannot be gained through any other food item. Soya beans is also the food which comes under veg but it has the proteins which are proportionate with mutton. People who cannot eat non veg can gain the proteins by consuming those. They generally say that one cannot harm animals but in order to gain proteins that are required for a human body consumption of animals should be done.
One should have one egg at least in a day such that the proteins required can be obtained in adequate amount.
The people who consume dairy products, leafy vegetables, vegetables are classified as vegetarians. The people who consume meat are classified as non vegetarians.

Veg vs Non veg is a debate that has been going on like forever. Vegetarians are the ones that do not consume any kind of meat or eggs. And the ones who consume any kind of meat fall under Non-Vegetarians. With time there have been different categories under these like Fishetarian and eggetarians. Fishetarians are the vegetarians who modify their eating habit and consume only fish, likewise, Eggetarians consume only eggs and not any meat.
Either you are veg or non-veg, it's a matter of choice. And it's our fundamental right too choose whatever we want we can eat if it is being sold legally and under government's issued license, that is the place from where we buy products. Lately there have been ban on beef. This in a way prevents people from consuming their choice of meat. Yes, shutting down illegal slaughter houses is necessary for any type of animal, but shutting down even the legal ones do violate the rights. In India as there are many religions so does the choice also. For example Muslims do not eat pork, as it's prohibited in their religion, or cow's meat which is against the Hindu religion as cow's are worshiped in the religion. But either religions can consume the other animal so if we decide to shut down completely selling of one kind of meat, it hurts the freedom of choice that the Constitution has provided.
Also the argument that usually is brought up is animals have lives, at least have that in mind and my argument is even plants too have lives so have that in mind too.

The food consumers in this world are basically divided into two categories as Veg and Non-Veg. The people who take only plants,vegetables,milk and dairy items are classified as vegetarians. Whereas the people who take meat,sea food or any living organism with flesh meat along with all the vegetarian foods are termed as Non-Vegetarians.
An individual's food taking habits is primarily influenced by their family. From childhood what they are following they would like to continue, in future the decision may change due to their interests,taste,change of place..etc. There are some people who argue that their food taking habit is the best and should be preferred whether it may be Veg or Non-veg. Where Both of them have their pro's and con's. For example the protein contents,Vitamin B 12 present in the meat are absent in the veggies. As well as the Vitamins like A,K and other minerals present in the veg are absent in the Non-Veg. Each have their own con's as the fats and the amino acids present in the meat are non profitable to human body as they create extra units which are unwanted. Coming to the Vegetarians they do not completely have the perfect building of body compared to the Non-vegetarians.They do not have the faster metabolism when compared to Non vegetarians. At least they consume milk and the Dairy products so some of the proteins and fats required are acquired. Where the Non-Vegetarians consume lot of fat content and less intake of carbohydrates compared to the vegetarians. While the veggies are not taking fats doesn't mean eating a hand full of burger also takes the same intake of fat content. Some claim that Egg is veg while it is a product of animal,where same case affords to milk also.

food is essential in a mans life . Every man is fond of eating food. Most of them are preffering nonveg.Especially teanagers. Now a days all are preffering healthy items even though we know about healthy habits of eating food students are taking fastfoods,it is unhealthy and reduces the life span of a man and affects their health. I like nonveg than veg food because there are more energies in the nonveg food.
Fish and prawns are the most energy rich foods. other nonveg item like chickens especially broiler chickens are very bad for health because they produce heat in our body.Herbal chickens are more healthy and fish is more good for eyes.Comparing to fishes chicken have cholestral contents and that produces bad effect for sugar patients. Eggs are also good for health to improve energies and improve the protein level.
Our government of Tamil Nadu provides a egg a day for every school children. Namakal is famous district for producing egg. Comparing to all other country's food preparations,India has the special traditional way of food styles. Usually Bramins do not take nonveg in their food but some of them take egg in their food habits. Food ingrediants as in egg llike cakes, bread,are used by them.

They think that animal is not a food, they are like us . They are living things not to kill.
