The art and Era of Letter Writing.
Points to remember before you participate in a Essay Writing:
- Divide your essay into 3 parts (each in a different paragraph).
- Introduction -> content -> conclusion.
- Give a space after the full stop (.) and comma (,).
- Capitalise the next word after the full stop.
- Frame small sentences as it will prevent you from making mistakes. Avoid extra spaces.
- Your essay should not be less than 300 and not more than 400 words
- The essay should be the original work and it should not be copied from anywhere.

Now a days the letter writing are only used in the institution or to get the information to our superior in a institution where we can not directly contact to the senior. Basically there are two types of letter writing the first one is formal and second on is informal. The first one that is formal letter writing is used to express some ideas or our concerns to the senior. In this type we use the formal way of writing and use to give respect. On the other hand Informal letter writing is used for conversation with our fellows or the person with post similar or low within the institution. It is generally less practised.
At the end summing up all I on the basis my personal thinking can say that letter writing is basically one of the most efficient way of expressing our ideas to the senior with giving them respects and side by side conveying our idea/concern to them.

But letter writing has an own beauty. When someone is writing a letter to another person that time within a specific spcae that person needs to convey all his/her emotions to the other end.Writer needs to think a lot.

We have different kinds of letter, They are sick leave letter, personal leave, requesting letter and notice letters.
Inside the header we will have a current location and date.In the body we will write a message what you want to tell to the receiving person.And we end up with an receiving person address and sending person signature.

Letter writing start by kings in 1800 BC. To pass the message from one place to other we use letters. In old civilization king’s will write the letter and passes via Pigeons. After so many years, letters are sent by buses and trains. Now the technology changed and everyone is using mobiles. Due to dramatic changes educated and uneducated are using mobile phones. Nowadays we will send letter writing via emails.
There are different types of letters. Such as sick leaves, convinced leaves, event leaves etc.., Letters will be written within the organization or outside the organization. Students will learn letter writing in schools. By the letter writing, we can share valuable information to whom we have to share.
There is no disadvantage in letter writing. But we should not believe fraud emails. Most of the letters we receive are frauds.
Thus I conclude that the pattern of letter writing is changed subsequently it plays a vital role in the organization. While writing the letter we have to check to whom we are writing
