As a recent buyer of their car, write an email with a minimum of 70 words and a maximum of 100 words using the following phrases to the Manager of Smart Automotive company, Mr.Ahmed, regarding the poor quality of service facility available in the city. Sign the email as Chopra.

Points to Remember :
  • You can use your own phrases along with all the Phrases/Outlines given in question(Make sure you insert all the words into the body of your mail).
  • Write the starting and end salutations properly.
  • Don’t skip any of the given words/phrases.
  • Addressing and signing should be as information given in question.Sign the name with the name provided in the question, avoid using your own name. In case it is not mentioned then only use your own name with proper designation. Always write “Regards”, “Thanks”, “Warm Regards” before signing it.   
  • It is advisable to write in normal English with good grammar and spelling and punctuation in TCS email Topics.
