As a recent buyer of their car, write an E-mail to the Manager of Smart automotive company, Mr. Ahmed, regarding the poor quality of service facility available in the city. Sign the E-mail as Chopra.

Points to Remember :
  • You can use your own phrases along with all the Phrases/Outlines given in question(Make sure you insert all the words into the body of your mail).

I would like to notice about poor quality services for repairing the vehicles.

There are very few service centers are available in the city.No body taking the action on out complaint immediately.They will not focus on the pending items and maintenance while repairing the cars.

Charging the more cost and taking more time for repairing the cars.Service people are not responding about the delivery time and increasing the fast repair time.
