Myself Chopra and i want to give feedback regarding service offered by one of your service centers in the city. I recently bought a car from your showroom. Few days later I find several problems and searched for service centers. There are very few service centers and returned to one of your service centers in the city which is nearer to me. But the response from the staff is not good and again the same takes place so please take immediate action regarding Staff Behaviour. After servicing still few problems are found while driving due to this customers time and money is wasted. Customer satisfaction is also feels bad due to this type of servicing and please take immediate action.

I would like to draw you kind attention here. I recently bought a car from Smart Automative Company. My experience was very bad regarding the services provided to me. First of all, there were very few service centres available near my location. I raised several complaints to the service centres but they never worked on the pending problems. The maintenance cost was also very high.
They always increase the delivery time. They also don't care about the customer satisfaction. I hope you would take some actions on that.

Iam writing this mail to you for Kind attention of qulaity issues of your Product. i have recently bought a car from your company and iam living the out of city and there are a very few service centers around the city & My car has been giving the problems since one month and i went to your nearst show room for sortout the engine problems.
The show room repair person not fix the problems and it would be a increase the maintance the car . So i request you you to arrange the skilled person for giving the qualiy of service
when you reached the customer statifaction with high quality of serivice, then your sales will increase predominaly.

Dear sir,This is Mr.chopra.Iam writing this email to inform you about the poor quality vehicle service provided by your service centers.I had visited your service center on monday.There are very few vehicles are there.I had told few complaints to your service boy on monday and i told him to give delivery on sunday.Service boy told it will cost around five thousand.At the time of delivery there are still many pending problems are there.The vehicle maintenance is not up to the mark.Service boy doesn't ask any customer satisfaction.I requesting yoy to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This is regarding my recent purchase of car from your company.I'm writing to you to share my experience which i had in my recent purchase.I bought this car from one of the service center located in my city.I booked my car one month prior to the launch date but i got my car delivery after 2 months .Moreover, the car delivered to me has some issues in engine .When i reported the issue to the local service center they asked me to raise a complaint on the website.They also told me that this particular model has some problem and most of the customer who bought this product are not satisfied.
I request you to please conduct some timely audits to ensure that the cars must delivered to customer on time and service center will not charge any additional charge to customers.

I bought a car from your company and I face some issues regarding the services, because in this there are very few service centres of your company, its very difficult to find out a single service centre and when I reach there I about to know that there is so many complaints and pending problems of other customers, the maintenance of the problems are very poor and the cost and time is so high for services and they took so much time in delivery , you should increase in no. of your service centres and take the feedback of your customer satisfaction.
