" Skilled manpower is not shortage in India people are skilled in India but the problem is that we are unable to see th skilled people and provide them with better platform so that their skills are used in correct way. We are not looking for skilled people in India because we think Indians are good in labor work or to be slaves but that is not true there are many people in India who have skills in them we just have to find those persons. "
