" social media is a good platform to stay connected with your loved ones .But I believe that too much of anything is good for nothing.If we spend too much time on social media , it's going to influence us in some or other way,and in my opinion it's influencing us in negative way.People are spending more time on social media with their virtual than they do with their real friends aur family.There are increased cases of teenage depression and anxiety due to social media.Some people bully others on social media. Teenagers ,due to excessive use of cellphones or TV ,are not getting enough physical exercise and are therefore getting obese. "
