On other hand smart cities will give a new standard to people and will bring new changes in their way of living. Smart cities will help a country to develop in a better way.

" Smart Cities and smart laws both are needed, these are two different essentials by any human being. But we can definitely rank or put on them separately in priority basis like first requirement is smart laws and second comes Smart Laws. Laws are actually made to keep the citizens aware about the consequences that they may need to go through when they commit any crime. If smart laws are brought then citizens will think 100 times before taking any wrong step similarly smart laws will help citizens to lead a better life and be protected. On other hand smart cities will give a new standard to people and will bring new changes in their way of living. Smart cities will help a country to develop in a better way. "

" Although, We need smart cities with good infrastructure, smart solutions and raised standards of living. Smart cities may provide housing for all and employment but we need basic things prior to smart cities. Our dumb administration is unable to provide basic necessities. Many areas suffer from drought; farmers commit suicides when unable to meet the two time meal, at times even water. I was in tears after reading an Indian relying on his faeces when couldn’t afford a meal. Majority of Indians don’t have toilets. Poverty rate is increasing. Smart cities will benefit already stronger section, not the weaker section. Our laws are already smart and well-laid. We just need to enforce them and take them seriously. "

" Do we seriously need more of laws? Because in our constitution, we have laws on almost all the aspects, hardly any issue stands upturned. So the need of the hour is not exactly to bring more smart laws, but to implement the ones that are existing.There would hardly be anyone who has not broken a law. Even if we bring more of smart laws and people don't care or some are not even aware of those, what good these newly implemented laws do! "

We need Smart cities Because :
1)Roti, kapda and makaan for all(FOOD,Clothing and House for all )
2)Employment for all
3)Provide good infrastructure to the residents, such as water and sanitation services, 24*7 electricity supply etc.
But why we don’t need it:
1) Better utilization of places
2) Demo administration
3) Unable to afford

For an example, Delhi is one of the smart city of India. More than one million humans are living in Delhi. But comes to girls safety, we have very less number of rules. Every single day we are getting one news of girl's rape from Delhi. Still, Delhi is our smart city. What we will do if we can't get the safety in smart cities. Come to the next example, in rural areas very less number of humans are living. They are safe, but employment is zero, farmers are doing suicide. Because they are not getting two times food in a single day. Government is giving money to them. But still, employment is zero. From the previous generation we are listening, India is a developing county. But the question is when it will be a developed country.
If smart rules will be established, every people will think 100 times before making a wrong step. On other hands, smart cities will make people life better, employment. It will develop our country in a new way.
