It clearly means that if we work in start up then our idea, effort and hard work can be clearly seen and if a person is working in multinational companies and even doing hard work continuously then his his effort will not be visible to anyone other than his boss. Actually payment on time is not everything but the dedication and the awards for dedication matters. As if anyone is awarded for his dedication and got appreciated then he increases his effort for the company for which he is working. "

" It depends on the thinking of the people. In my opinion both have it's advantages as well as disadvantages. When you work in an MNC, you work under some person, there is much pressure, no holidays and you cannot put your own ideas into the company, but some people like to work in an MNC as there is no such risk, the people get salary on time. On the other hand, start up companies are good as one can put their efforts and ideas in whatever way they want, but their is huge risk also involved in this. Thus, in my opinion both have it's pros and cons. "
