" Reservations in private sector should not be implemented because this will make it difficult for people to get jobs as reservation already exists in government sector so if private sectors does the same then it will be huge loss for general people.So reservations should be brought in private sectors moreover it will be a drawback for the private sectors too because they need the best quality who can bring profit to them if they start reservations in [private sector they may have to adjust with the mediocre performance too which may be a loss to them so they may prefer not to implement this in their sector. "
